How it works
1. Initial Consultation: We'll start with an initial consultation to get to know each other and discuss your vision, preferences, and any questions or concerns you may have. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call, whichever is most convenient for you.
2. Personalized Planning: I'll work closely with you to create a personalized birth photography plan that aligns with your wishes and preferences. We'll discuss important details and any specific moments or requests you have.
3. On-Call Status: As your due date approaches, I'll be on-call and ready to spring into action whenever you go into labor. I understand that birth is unpredictable, and I’m committed to being there for you whenever you need us, day or night. Backup photogs are also on call in the off chance you can’t reach me.
4. Capturing Your Story: When the big day arrives, I'll be by your side to document your birth journey, from the early stages of labor to the joyous arrival of your newborn. We'll capture the raw emotions, intimate moments, and profound connections that unfold, preserving them in stunning images that tell your unique story.
5. Post-Processing and Delivery: After the birth, we'll carefully select and edit the best images from your session to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and artistry. Your final edited images + video will be delivered to you in a timely manner via a secure online gallery, where you can view, download, and share them with family and friends.
6. Reliving Your Memories: Your birth photo/videography experience doesn't end with the delivery of your images. We're here to support you as you relive and cherish the memories of your birth journey for years to come. Whether you choose to create albums, prints, or other keepsakes, we're here to help you preserve and celebrate this special time in your life.
